What we collect

Only what the app needs to work:

• Your email address, used to sign you in
• Your business name, owner name, phone, address, GSTIN and PAN if you enter them
• The business records you create — invoices, e-Way Bills, customers, stock, cash and ledger entries

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or anything from other apps on your device.

Where it is stored

Your records are stored in Google Firebase Firestore, in Google's Mumbai data centre. They are transmitted over an encrypted connection and encrypted at rest.

Who can see it

Only you. Security rules on Google's servers mean every account can read and write only its own records. No other Sheenix user can reach your books, and neither can we browse them casually.

What we never do

• We never sell your data
• We never share it with advertisers
• We never read your invoices or customer lists for any purpose other than supporting you when you ask

Services we rely on

• Google Firebase — sign-in and database
• Netlify — website hosting
• Resend — sending sign-in emails, if enabled

Each holds only the minimum needed to do its job.

Offline data

The app keeps a copy of your recent records on your device so it works without internet. Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app removes that local copy. Your records stay safe on the server.

Deleting your account

Email support@sheenix.online from your registered address and we will erase your account and every record in it within seven days. You can export everything to a file first from Settings.

Children

Sheenix is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will email you before it takes effect.
