Yes. The Free plan never expires and never converts to paid automatically. The only limitation is 50 invoices/month and 100 stock items. We show ads to free users to cover costs — but never on your invoices.

Yes, any time. Upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle. Your data is never deleted when you downgrade.

UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. All payments are secured via Razorpay. We'll send a GST receipt to your registered email after every payment.

We offer a 7-day refund on annual plans if you're not satisfied. Monthly plans are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime and keep access till the period ends.

No. Sheenix works directly in any browser — no installation needed. The Android and iOS apps give you a better experience and offline support, available free on Play Store and App Store.

Your data stays safely stored and accessible on the Free plan. We never delete your historical invoices, entries, or customer records. You can export everything to Excel or PDF before cancelling.
