Welcome to Sheenix ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using sheenix.online or the Sheenix app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Sheenix provides digital khata, GST invoicing, e-Way Bill assistance, stock and payment-tracking tools for businesses. We provide software only — we are not a party to transactions between you and your customers, and we do not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are verified by email. One business per account unless otherwise agreed.
Your business data belongs to you. We store it securely (see our Privacy Policy) and never sell it. You can export or delete your data anytime by contacting support.
Free and paid plans are described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in INR via Razorpay. Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply from the next billing cycle. Taxes, if applicable, are extra as per law.
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
You agree not to use Sheenix for unlawful activity, to issue false or fraudulent invoices, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to breach our systems. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, GST details, e-Way Bills and tax filings you create. Sheenix helps you prepare documents but statutory compliance remains your responsibility.
We aim for high uptime but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. You may stop using the service anytime. Governing law: India; jurisdiction: courts of Punjab, India.
